UnbreakableOS™ was born out of my own journey leading businesses through seasons of pressure, growth, and change. I created it because I believe every leader - no matter where they stand with faith - deserves tools that are durable, practical, and anchored in wisdom that doesn’t break.

The system is built on Biblical principles, and my hope is simple: as you use UnbreakableOS™, you’ll find strength, clarity, and purpose that ultimately point you toward Jesus.

I’m Adam Weisner, founder of UnbreakableOS™, author of The King’s Business, and President & CEO of Sherman Portfolios, a national investment research and advisory firm serving financial advisors, hedge funds, and RIAs across the country. I advise a small group of Christian CEOs, equipping them to build businesses that are durable, impactful, and rooted in conviction.

My path has taken me across industries and through seasons of transformation. In banking, I rose to Managing Director by age 31, leading retail branch banking for major markets including Los Angeles Metro and overseeing the integration of 50 branches after the Santa Barbara Bank & Trust acquisition. I later launched a national digital hybrid bank that opened 22 financial centers and two call centers, bringing in over $1 billion in deposits its first month and $4 billion in the first year.

I’m a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and served there as an Executive Student Advisor, mentoring future industry leaders. At 36, I shifted into the automotive aftermarket industry as COO and then President of a suspension manufacturing company. We tripled revenue, quadrupled profits, and secured partnerships with Winnebago, Airstream, John Deere, Thor, and Tiffin. That season taught me the power of brand positioning, operational systems, and building direct-to-consumer strength.

In 2023, I chose to step away from the automotive industry in response to God’s call to lead a business for Jesus from the front door. I took on Sherman Portfolios with a commitment to give away the majority of its net profits to advance the Gospel. Since then, our team has rebranded, overhauled operations, secured two patents, and grown dramatically while keeping mission at the center.

Beyond running businesses, I invest in equipping leaders through writing and teaching. I publish The King’s Business, a weekly newsletter for Christian business leaders, and I’m currently writing The Dispensable CEO, a book on the seven laws of UnbreakableOS™ and building what I call Asymmetric Endurance.

Jen, my wife, and I founded Kingdom Mindset Investing (KMI) and our family of companies to show that businesses can be purpose-driven, resilient, and built for lasting impact. We live in North Idaho with our three children, who we homeschool. Together, we’re building a family anchored in faith, service, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
