Managing director at MUFG Union Bank by 31, part of one of the largest banking groups in the world. He helped build PurePoint Financial, a national digital bank with 22 financial centers that brought in $4 billion in deposits in its first year and was named Most Innovative Digital Bank in North America by Global Finance.

Manufacturing

COO, then president, of an eight-figure suspension manufacturer whose products are standard equipment on RVs from Airstream, Winnebago, Forest River and Tiffin. Under his leadership, the company more than doubled revenue, tripled profits and earned ISO 9001 certification.

Investment research

CEO of Sherman Research, where he built what became the fastest-growing TAMP in America. Assets have grown 20X since he took the helm, and Sherman gives away 51% of its net income to advance the gospel.

Software

After running companies on EOS, 4DX and other frameworks, he built his own operating rhythm and decision rules. Unbreakable OS is that system, and today it runs Sherman Research and companies from construction to aviation.

Personal brand

Since launching @thedispensableceo in August 2025, he has built a following of more than 300,000 for his videos on faith and leadership. He has spoken on the main stage at Be Bold for Jesus to 5,000+ people and to a standing-room-only crowd of 400+ CEOs and owners at C12 CURRENT.

Author and host

Author of Biblical Business: 7 Unbreakable Laws of Leadership and host of the Biblical Business Podcast. He and his wife, Jen, founded Kingdom Mindset Investing, the company behind Biblical Business and Unbreakable OS, and live in North Idaho with their three children.

AI and research

He led development of ToAll, a state-of-the-art AI dubbing platform that uses algorithmic speech alignment to sync neural-voiced translations to the original video’s timing. He has also researched next-generation language-model architectures, benchmarking Retention Networks against Transformers, and holds a computer science degree from BYU with a focus on machine learning.

Unbreakable OS

He met Adam through Sherman Research, which ran on an early PDF version of the system. He loved how it worked, so he teamed up with Adam to turn it into software every company could use. He builds and runs it end to end: the web app, the iPhone and Android apps, the cloud platform they run on, and the AI that reviews every pitch before the monthly decision meeting.

Investment research

Data scientist at Sherman Research, where assets have grown 20X since Adam took the helm. He designs the algorithmic models and indicators behind the firm’s research and built most of its new consumer product, getshermanresearch.com, which brings institutional-grade research, education and tools to individual investors. He also builds the firm’s nightly signals pipeline, its iPhone and Android market-alert apps, and AI tools for its subscribers and leadership.

Biblical Business

He builds the technology behind Adam’s book and brand: biblicalbusiness.com, the Biblical Business Index, which scores a company against the book’s seven laws, and adamweisner.com. He also edits the Biblical Business Podcast. He and his wife, Shelby, live in Boston.
