Information We Collect

We collect information needed to operate UOS accounts and organization workspaces, including:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number if provided, role, organization memberships, and authentication state.
• Organization information: company name, departments, leaders, team members, goals, cycle priorities, settings, and subscription status.
• User-generated content: pitches, priority updates, outcomes, notes, comments, uploaded attachments, and feedback submissions.
• Notification information: push notification tokens, notification preferences, and delivery status.
• Usage and diagnostic information: app interactions, login activity, device or app metadata, error data, and support diagnostics.

User-Selected Files

The mobile app may request camera, photo library, or file access only when a user chooses to attach supporting evidence to a pitch or weekly update. UOS does not collect photos, camera content, or files unless the user selects and uploads them.

How We Use Information

• Provide and secure UOS accounts and organization workspaces.
• Display goals, pitches, priorities, updates, notifications, and team directories.
• Send account, invitation, reminder, and product notifications.
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• Maintain billing, security, audit, and legal records.
• Improve UOS product quality and decision-workflow performance.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate UOS, including hosting, storage, email, push notification, analytics, payment, customer support, and security providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect UOS or its users, or as part of a business transaction.

Organization administrators may see member profile information and organization-related work content inside their workspace.

Data Retention

We retain account, organization, billing, audit, and product data as needed to operate UOS, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Uploaded files and workspace content are retained according to organization needs and applicable retention requirements.

Account Deletion

Users can start an account deletion request from the UOS mobile app by opening Profile and selecting Request Account Deletion. Users may also contact support@unbreakable-os.com.

Because UOS accounts may belong to employer or organization workspaces, deletion requests may require identity verification, organization administrator review, billing review, and retention checks before completion. We will explain the available deletion or deactivation options after reviewing the request.

Security

UOS uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and workspace data. Mobile traffic is sent to the UOS API over HTTPS. Production mobile authentication tokens are stored with secure device storage where available.

Children's Privacy

UOS is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
