Request Account Deletion
UOS users can request account deletion from the mobile app or by email. Because UOS is used inside organization workspaces, each request is reviewed for account ownership, workspace continuity, billing, security, and legal retention requirements.
From The Mobile App
- Open More.
- Open Profile.
- Select Request Account Deletion.
By Email
Send a request to support@unbreakable-os.com from the email address associated with your UOS account.
What Happens Next
Before deleting or deactivating an account, we may need to verify:
- Your identity and account email.
- The organizations connected to the account.
- Whether you own or administer an organization workspace.
- Billing, tax, security, audit, or legal retention requirements.
- Whether organization data should remain available to the workspace.
Data That May Be Deleted Or Retained
Data that may be deleted or deactivated includes profile details, authentication access, notification tokens, and personal account access where retention is not required.
Some organization records may be retained when needed for workspace continuity, security, billing, audits, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. Examples may include organization goals, pitches, priority updates, cycle outcomes, billing records, invitation records, and audit logs.
